Below is the link for the Road Test Application for your Class D License. You will need to bring this application with you the day of your road test, signed by a parent or a legal guardian if you are under 18 year old. You will need to have it signed in two different sections, one is where parent states that they have driven forty hours with their child and the other is where they give consent to take the road test. You will not be able to take your road test if you do not have this application signed.

We do Saturday Road Test with the Civilian Examiner in Ludlow, Belchertown and in Springfield. The rental fee is $80 (non refundable) which includes the $20 registry convenience fee, this will have to be paid at the time of booking. You need to be certified in order to schedule a test. Anyone who took driver’s ed at a different driving school is welcomed to do a Saturday road test at our school. Road test application http://www.mass.gov/rmv/forms/21844.pdf
